Spending Saturday afternoon/evening at one or the other. Any thoughts as to which is more likes to produce some good black drum?

Never been to the dike but would like to, I've been to the Jetty and it's supposed to be good in the summer. Last time I was there was a month ago, didn't catch anything for 2 hours and left. Wind was going the wrong way and couldn't cast more than 15 yards.

You'll always miss 100% of the shots you don't take.

Texas City Dike for sure.

Several Black Drum have been caught there since Drum-Master's 2016 has started.
