OP gooseroller Outdoorsman G Joined: Jan 2012 Posts: 22	I will be staying in South Padre from the 15th through the 22nd of Feb. and I want to do some wade fishing in the surf and I would welcome any input. I fished the surf once about 3 years ago and remember that I caught a fish called a whiting, using shrimp and some type of bait strip, can't remember the name, it was in strips and pink. What is it called and does it still work?
