 best way to fish port o connor inter coastal?

I need help on fishing the inter coastal here at port o Connor. All I keep getting is hard heads and its annoying. Some one please help

Shell pads and bars hold trout when the water is moving. Plastics will out produce meat and nary a Hardhead will bother you.
