4/10/2018I had the Dale B. group of 3 onboard tonight. Conditions were ideal, with SE wind at 5-10mph slightly high tide levels. Water clarity was good tonight, but the flounder were more scattered than I expected. Some areas had lots of fresh empty "beds", meaning the fish left just before we got there. We ended with a 15 flounder limit plus 3 black drum by 10:15pm (2 hours of gigging). The flounder were smaller, all in the 14-17" range, and the drum were big, all in the 24-27" range. Upcoming open dates: April: 11, 15-19, 23-26, 30 May: 1, 6-9, 12-17, 20-24, 27, 28 June: 5, 10-15, 17-19, 21, 24-28I also do "late trips" if I finish quickly with my first group. Late trips usually leave the dock 10pm-1am. Please call for availability. This is the best way to get a trip on short notice when I am already booked. Price: $550 for 3 people, $100 each additional person, up to 6 people Capt. Rick Hammond Night Stalker Guide Service - Rockport, TX nightstalkerguideservice.com 361-229-6053
