For home? For bank? Underwater?
For bank you can buy lights and stands from famous stages off 45 north. One 1000 watt light and stand will run about $120 out the door. Then you need a generator that will handle 1000 watts running.
For home I am not sure as there are larger stadium lights you can buy and install.
Same for underwater not sure but someone will chime in I'm sure.
