My fishing buddy and I, plus 18 other fishermen did a 9-hour Texas Waters trip with the Dolphin Docks group, on the M/V Capt.Paul. The whole boat almost limited out on red snappers. Lots of sand trout, Lane snappers and bonnet-head sharks. The two of us gave away our smallest red, a shark, and still had 83 pounds of snapper and trout!
Great boat and crew, excellent day.

Federal waters: limit two, and short season, out past nine miles.
State Waters: limit 4, anytime, shore to nine miles.
Not many boats do the state water trips. Ask around. I know Dolphin Docks does in PA.
Good Luck, Island Jim
