Headed 60 miles offshore out of Port A Sunday hunting for a mako. Chummed heavy for a couple of hours but never had a mako show up. We did end up with something that looked like Shark Week on steroids with huge, pregnant spinner sharks all around the boat (oddly nobody wanted to swim at the time). We could see 3-5 at a time and ended up wearing ourselves out on them. Most around 100-120 pounds and the biggest pushing 140. Also landed 2 amberjack and 3 jack crevalle. Caught some snapper in between also but most just got taken by the sharks before we could boat them and only came up with their heads.

That looks like fun. Gotta love those Shark Week moments.
