I have consistently worked out 3 or more times per week for 1.5 years. In the last two weeks, I worked out once and have eaten terribly (and drank a ton of beer) but managed somehow to not even gain a pound. How does that happen???
Getting back in my routine Monday morning. No excuses!

Well, that Monday morning came and went like the wind. I traveled every week in June and 2 weeks in July and did my best to keep a fitness routine. I can officially say I am back on the wagon. Since last Monday, I have rigorously worked out every morning at 5:30am. Feeling great and gittin it!
