Gigging along the Coast of N.Carolina (Swansboro) still holds many memories for me. One night we stabbed 176# of Flatfish. This thread is about the GIG itself. I used a simple rig consisting of a 12ft. Closet Rod and on the business end, I had what I called a "5 Prong #4". It's store bought and does the job. 5 barbed prongs, 1/4" dia. and about 5" long. Do you gig? Will you post a pic of your setup? No pics of lights,boats,generators etc.......just GIGS. Thanx I'll try to hunt mine up.
