Driving down from DFW to Galveston to take my 7 and 10 year old fishing for my 10 year old's birthday tomorrow.
Hoping to get a recommendation or two from you guys for where to take the guys for our best chance to catch numbers when fishing from the bank. If there is a blogger or resource you recommend i study to prepare I'd appreciate that too.
Also, this time of year would they have more luck doing a party boat on the bays/jetties or deep sea?
Thanks!
Ryan

I've been catching a lot off the beachfront piers and at the Jettys in surf side.

Probably beachfront piers on a warm day or night. That sea fog can get pretty cool, dress them warm for late evening fishing.
