It have been relatively warm this winter. Do you think that I should start targeting spring fish? I still really want to catch sheepshead but it seems like its getting warm and sheepshead fishing is usually better in the winter. What are you opinions on this? Thanks for any replies.

i think you'd still catch some sheepies. It isn't so warm that it's stopped them from being on the rocks.
That said, yes, we're headed to an earlier spring transition. Commit but be ready to adjust while on the water. t

Went do sheep move out deep to spawn? So I went about a few weeks ago the water temperature was around 56-57 degrees and I caught a good amount of sheepshead. Now the current water is 59-60 degrees. Will the 2-3 degree temperature change effect the sheepshead fishing?
