I went to Dicks sporting goods in Flower Mound, TX. last night and was looking at waders.

I found a stack of field and stream waders that were on clearance. They were marked as $49.93 with a reg price of $119.99.. I was comfortable buying them at the $50 pricetag. When I got up to the counter they rang up at $12.39, YES $12.39!!!! They are neoprene (sp) chest waders with solid boots. I tried to look them up on the dicks website but had no luck. I bought the last pair of 13's but they still have some 8,9,and 10's. Just letting yall know.

Damn, I wonder if that's for all the dicks sporting goods stores.

I dont know.. It was not advertised or anything. Like I said, I was planning on spending $50 then they rang up at $12. Maybe give them a call and ask. I can give you any info off my receipt if you would like.

Kinda like that... but they are neoprene and have boots, not socks. I just called up to Dicks and they are having a sale on all fishing and hunting items and ends saturday. 75% off of anything that ends in the price .93 and 25% off anything that ends in .97. Just got a scope for my .22 for $12 as well. STOCK UP!!

I have a Dick's close to my house about a 12 minute drive away.

Being that I am in Austin far away from the coast, they have a pretty good selection of saltwater gear at the Dick's here.

man they dont even have one here in houston.

Hey rick and tank, I went and checked out the waders and they didn't have those neoprene waders.

Otherwise I would have gotten them for you guys. The ones they had were a brand called Pro Line. And they had rubber ones with boots and nylon 2-ply ones with boots. They had the rubber ones on sale for $44.98, regular $54.99. And the nylon ones were $59.99. I took the nylon waders to the register and they rang up $59.99. I asked if they were not on sale for $44.98 not knowing that it was the rubber waders that were on sale and not the nylon ones but the manager happened to be behind the register and told the cashier, "No problem you can do $44.98 on those for him." Which I thought was pretty cool for him to knock off 15 bucks just like that.

They have size 9 if you still want them. They run $59.99 but the manager said I can have them for $44.98 if I want them even though they are not technically on sale. They are 2-ply nylon. In a dark green color with suspenders. And they come with the boots. Pretty decent waders for the price.

I checked out a lot of the fishing gear there and they hardly had much that ended with .97

They had some reels on sale. A few rods. Some lures. Just a little bit that was on sale. I couldn't find anything that ended with .93
