 Bait fish in Cancun

I think bait fish in Cancun are extremely safe from getting eaten by birds. Sitting on the beach, there is not a single bird flying over the surf looking for bait fish. Why when they can eat French fries and hamburgers flying around the swimming pools.

They would be diving in the pool for floating fries and freshwater. If you zoom in on the first picture you can see a bird with some bread in his mouth. Lol
