Be there about 4 days,..any good charters anyone knows about, half day would be nice..

There's really not much available to fish for in saltwater at this time of year in half day range. A little bit of bottomfishing, but otherwise it's slim pickings.

If you have time (and money for it), consider a 3/4 day Coronado islands trip - they're catching decent yellowtail at the moment. A California yellowtail is a somewhat smaller cousin of the amberjack.

(look at the catch reports for the different boats and you'll see what I mean about slim pickings - two fish for 28 fishermen on a half day trip isn't worth it in my book)
