What's the usual wait time on a response from rec lending? Both my auto loans only took around 6 hours . Just curious, not complaining

We wish boat loans were as fast as the auto side. Most auto dealers have what is called an "auto write" system. The auto in this case stands for automatic. If the buyers credit history and deal structure meet certain criteria, they write the deal. Only one lender that really does that in the boat business. Normal response from us to a customer on an app can be quick. Getting a bank response can take 24 hours sometimes. With all that being said, the smoother the road, the raster the trip does sometimes apply as well.
I will also admit that now in show season, my time to check TFF and BCB is a bit less. Answering questions and posts here can take a bit.

2.5 weeks to get thru the process. 3 snow days didn't help. Hopefully, Monday my seller will have his money.

Finally done with the process.

Ronnie you got a good boat. I was gonna buy it when my mom got ill. Fished many days out it. Corey is anal about his stuff.

I'm very pleased with it! It's got it all. Capp Peace fished with me last Friday and drove it. Had it up to 72 and had a little left, but my son was with us.

Texas is actually one of the faster states we work with. The guys over in South Carolina will take 3 - 4 months to get title and lien work done. Go figure that.

Ken is great at what he does, and I can't imagine buying/financing through anyone else. My loan was approved in less than half a day although I'm sure they aren't all like that. Just the time I saved from NOT having to do the footwork talking to lenders, banks, credit unions, etc., getting interest rates, and submitting credit apps was priceless.

Bob Luellen with Worldwide Marine Insurance is also worth his weight in gold. Both of these guys do a great service.
