I live about 20 minutes or so away from Tyler State Park and I am thinking about taking my son out there to do a little fishing after school. What is it like? Are there good areas to fish - as in shore maintence/docks? Just wondering if we will be walking in waist deep weeds or if there are docks and/or sidewalks? Any info would be great. Not really looking for anyones hotspot or anything like that. Trying to figure out more of the environmental aspects.
Thanks for any information.
