According to my weatherunderground.com app, The Elm Fork in Carrollton(where Sandy Lake Spillway is located), is at flood stage till at least Saturday

I catch em on two inch curly tail grubs on 1/8th oz jig heads,but a spillway on same river, but much further downstream,
