 San Antonio River Walk Fishing?

I know you can fish in that area of the San Antonio River, but can you fish on the actual River Walk itself? Any and all information is much appreciated.

I have seen some good sized carp and tilapa on the section of the river next to the HEB campus. I haven't seen anyone fish there but there but it is a public park and there are no, no fishing signs anywhere. There is even a kayak launch there so I would say you could.
