Still new to the area and work out of town a lot and was wondering where I can take the kids to catch some kind of fish near me any info would help a lot thanks

Pappy Elkins Park in Dalworthington Gardens has good populations of perch and bluegill, GREAT carp fishing if you're into that, and I've seen some decent channels. I've been told there are bass in it but I have yet to see any. Everything is C&R
