 What lake would yall recommend for striper off bank

Looking for a lake in Texas for some good striper fishing will be using the surf rods . And what bait would yall recommend

Denison Dam mad house could be a good bet, Other than that I have no idea. Read that bank section thread for more info
I only fish on days that end in Y!
