I thought it was a damselfly. Couldn't find any information information on it thru all the tpwd sites or A&M. Thanks first time I've seen one. Gonna try to make a fly.

We saw some of those a couple of weeks ago in the Chickasaw National Recreation area. Beautiful bugs, but wasn't able to get one to sit still long enough to get a picture.

Damselflies hold their wings together over their bodies, whereas the wings of dragonflies are out to their sides...

Beautiful damsel fly. I have seen them on the Lower Mt. Fork river. I bet you could wear out the trout with a similar fly.
