Lmk what you think like or don't like (I know the red & sliver wire Chironomid looks like [censored] first time doing it did not know it looked that bad till after I took the pic .. Camera tells all !! lol)

Those chironomids are gonna be excellent droppers for popper/dropper fishing. They look perfectly fine to me. But each tier can be their own toughest critic. Crank out quite a few dozen and you are likely to find a satisfactory place.
