Here is what I tied today A bead pheasent tail nymph & a couple of midges.. made some mistakes but I think they are all right .. let me know what you think good or bad I can take it need to learn .. Steve -Stabgnid

The fish don't care about the mistakes, only the fishermen/fly tyers who are trying to improve their craft. Those flies will all catch fish, and will add to your tying enjoyment when they do.
I fished four days on the San Juan River this past week, three with a guide, and used my self-tied flies about 90% of the time. And yes, they caught fish. It was most satisfying when one of the guides asked to keep one of my flies as a pattern so he could start tying some as well.

Mick is on target- fish don't look for perfection. Maybe a cripple or an emerger.
