What the best place to tent camp at Lake Texoma? Considering going this spring with the family.

We tent camped at GrandPappy. We enjoyed it, however there isn't a lot to do there. I would check out Eisenhower, it has more to offer like trails. Check the lake levels first though. We have a dock at Grand Pappy we haven't been able to spend time at all this summer or fall.

you used to be able drive across the damn and camp on the Oklahoma side at Burns Run, but I think it may be closed because of the high water. There are a lot of really nice places to camp on Lake Texoma in Oklahoma. How far you want to drive to get there?
