Check out Seatow, they offer boat insurance. I currently have Seaworthy but will be switching at the end of the month. They offer the exact same coverage that seaworthy does , but what won me over was they also include mechanical breakdown coverage. So if you blow your motor up its covered under insurance. The quote was actually a little over $100 cheaper a year, but you have to have a seatow membership to get the insurance which is $119 a year, so it didn't cost me but $20 more a year and my motor will now be covered!! woot

I use Karen at State Farm. Great coverage for the price. Never filed a claim so can't speak on that part of it.

Foremost is through farms, no hassle on claims and fast turnaround when you file one

Call Bob up at world wide marine. Even if you don't purchase from him he will walk you through every piece of coverage and tell you why its important. Just got a policy with him yesterday after searching for a week
