Is there a video that shows how to tap powder paint on crappie jig heads?

I am not sure about that, but just takes one of the little artist brushes and once you dip the bast color I hold the head over the cup of the color I am going to tap on and I dip the brush in to get just a little and tap it until I have what I want. I also then pass it back through the flame to set it all.

Painting jig heads is like crappie fishing, no two of us does it the same. Its just do some and when you get a look that you like use it and add to it, in a short time you will have what you want.

He uses a spoon but the process is the same with jig head's.

Thanks Larry! I have not added anything new in almost 3 years now. I even have done the best I can to his it from searches, LOL! One of these days I will re-do it more leaning to materials and prices for that. I still tie a little, but not like I use to. Being 10 to 12 weeks behind for 3 to 4 years was enough to make me back away a lot.

Pepop you may want to tell him he will not need near that much paint for a jig hear tap, LOL! He's using huge amounts on each trip to the page n in that video.

Yea, know what you are saying and I am not going to take any new people myself. Just the ones that have been with me for years. One of the best working web-sites for fishing stuff, and easy to use, Is the one Todd and Belinda Box has for Thermocline lures. If you have the time check it out.
