Me personally I would go 1/16 and 1/8 but that would be personal preference, BUT!!! See what the guys on here who are WAY more experienced say!!

The weigh you need depends on the jigs you use, its all about the fall rate. Heavy weigh is for when you do it all with the rod tip. And you use the lite- weighs for a slow fall on its own at times. Two ways of fishing and both work well, so its just what a person likes to do. Number one hook in sales is 1/16 number 4 hook and 1/32 number 6 hook so not a lot of help there either.

For me; 1/16 - 1/8. I very rarely use 1/32 and for the heads I need that size, I buy them. I use plenty of the other two sizes. Larry is right on about fall rate.
