The other day I saw a dead bird on the sidewalk at a shopping mall. My first thought was "poor thing".
My second thought was "Hmm, I wonder if I could use those feathers to make a jig."

HA! Been there, Done that! Just make sure it's not a Songbird. BIG trouble if caught with their feathers. IDZk the law specifically so I just stick to feathers I can buy or duck feathers.
