It has 2 queen size beds, 1 queen size air mattress and one twin size air mattress, 2 couches, fully functioning kitchen, Direct TV, WiFi, back deck on grill, porcch swing on front porch, and covered parking.
this house is located in a quiet gated community just off HWY 154. There is a boat ramp down the road from the house, a dock to fish from and a small pond you can fish!
The community is pretty quiet and right down the road from several great places to eat....Oak Ridge, Do Drop In caf, or if youd like to drive 4 miles into quitman, there are several other great options!

Half Day-$275 for 1-2 people. $75 per additional person.
Full Day-$425 for 1-2 people.
Crappie Trips-$200 for 1, $50 per person after that.
