Went out yesterday afternoon. Found some big shad shallow, but fairly scattered. Made some drifts from 40-25 ft and only caught one fish. Changed the game plan, anchored, and fished a shallow spot that the wind was blowing into and caught several nice sized blues. Had good steady action from 3-5 pm. No giants, but several between 5 and 8 pounds. All fish went back into the lake to be caught another day.
