I've always heard really good things about Milford Lake in Kansas and have even heard it compared to Twok a couple times. I've been up in NW Missouri working and had the weekend off so decided to go check it out.
It's been a long time since I've marked this many fish. Almost everywhere we went looked promising, they just were not biting while the sun was up!
As soon as the sun disappeared Friday night, a rod slams over and we're rewarded with a 24lb blue.
Not 5 minutes later, 2 more rods down with an 18 and 59lbr! (On a 50lb scale :/)
After that, it was pretty steady action catching well over 200lbs worth of fish. I definitely needed this as it's been a long time since I've seen a big blue in person!

Thanks for letting us see it-

HOW you react to what happens to you DOES!

I browse his Facebook every once in a while. He really stays on the fish! I talked to him last year while I was up here about a trip, but it was too short notice.
I wouldnt mind booking with him though if I get the chance. I'd love to learn some new stuff.
