Kinfolk have a non-profit group that holds an event every year that has activities for kids in the Fort Worth area. One of the activities is fishing (sort like shooting ducks in a barrel) but the majority of these kids have never been fishing and it is an outlet as well as an opportunity to be a part of something positive. Problem is not lack of funds, instead it is a lack of fish as the guy that had been supplying fish in the past called today to say he could not deliver this time. The event is suppose to start at 9am on the 22nd and they already have an above ground pool set up that the local FWFD help setup. Well I found a place in Arkansas to get fish but they cannot deliver, so they suggested that the fish (100-200 /1 lb - 2 lb) could be transported in about 4-55 gallon drums with aerators.
(1) Could I get away with using Oxygen Tablets like these, http://assets.academy.com/mgen/09/10075809.jpg
(2)Is there somewhere closer to get fish, couldn't get a hold of place in Tyler or the one in Buffalo, Tx
(3)Can you transport fish over state line without a problem from TPWD?

Any suggestions would be a great help, thanks.
