We've been Catfishing almost exclusively for the past month due to the Whites/Hybrids being so tough. Most days we've been able to get a box full of Eaters and an occasional BIG FISH. Three weeks ago the fish were in the Richland Creek Channel in 25' plus water and a week ago we were catching all our fish in 10' water or less in the backs of tributary Creek Coves. This week has been tough again with fish scattered everywhere. Yesterday, we anchored over a channel in 18' water and had non-stop action for a couple of hours with lots of throwbacks and around 20 Keepers. It will soon go from "good" to "great" action as the water cools and the bigger Blues and Channels show up! Almost all our fish are coming on Danny Kings Blood Punch Bait on a # 4 treble. We're starting to use some of Chemdawgs Bait and will offer up some reports soon.
