Looking to do some bank/bulkhead fishing around the boat ramp at the end of Old 190 (FM 2457) or Kickapoo Marina on Sunday. Are these areas accessible right now?

Not sure about that particular area, but I had to cancel with a fishing guide this weekend because of flooding on Livingston. He told me that the Harmon Creek marina has waist deep water.

Yeah I've heard a few reports from that section. Seems likely that the boat ramp at Old 190 is under water. We're going to give the state park bulkheads a shot instead.
