This was a timely early Spring rain that we needed badly! The lake water temperature is beginning to rise even with the heavy rains and the lake is almost full.
I'm excited for this spring just like all the fishermen and women are.
We will be catching a little bit of everything but mainly the Sandbass and hybrid striper. With some catfish and crappie fishing sprinkled in like Salt and Pepper .
It's probably going to be two or three weeks before the sandies and hybrid turn on so we will be catching a few catfish in the early part of March.
Let's all get ready to catch a whole bunch of fish and have a big fish fry!
Book your trip today!
Call Bob Holmes longest running fishing guide on the lake and still the lake record holder!
