I broke my Whisker Seeker rod by placing it too close to my automatic garage opener. Yes the garage door crushed my rod. I made a comment on the forum and Mr. Chad Feguson emailed me and asked for my contact info. I told him that I did not expect a replacement rod because any rod would have broke in my scenario. So I receive a call from the president of whisker seeker and he wants to warranty my rod. I told him I was wanting two rods and he mentioned that they were on sale for 63 bucks. Now he not only replaced my rod but gave me free shipping which is about 14 bucks. So just in case you guys have any question about the warranty it is rock solid. Now I do own about 10 pro angler rods and they are a fine product. I purchased the whisker seekers because it seems that they have a softer tip in my opinion and they work great on channel cat at lake fork. I have never broken a pro angler rod and plan to use mine till I do. I am happy to be getting a replacement rod and another one that I purchased soon. Thank you whisker seeker and Chad Ferguson for great customer service.

I bought 2 earlier this year after Chad helped me with a pattern. Turns out those are my "lucky" rods. They are similar to a New Lifted Silverado 4x4. Big(beefy), loud(Bright orange), pricey, necessary? No.. but they sure are fun to drive.

Whisker Seeker tackle company not only has great products and customer service but durability is great. I switched over at first just the floats. The dura foam last forever. I have yet have one to break apart. Moved into rattling floats and I will say on most days makes a difference. I have not seen on any day where they caught less fish than the traditional float and most days out performs. To me, that is a winner as a guide. Hooks are sharp, I mainly use the wide gap circle K hooks, 6/0 and 8/0. I have only used the lock jaw grips for a couple of weeks but they are preformed better than expected. It's nice to have it lock open and with a press clamp close and STAY closed.

I just began using some of their hooks and floats the last few trips. I have no complaints as of yet.

Once you use them u will have to have the heavy rod also. Just my 2 cents but the best cat rod for the money hands down. Whisker Seeker also makes one of the best mono lines. They also have very nice rigs/floats and the best rattles.
