Anyone doing good on Hubbard lately? Advice on bait?

I got a 12lber the other day but haven't been able to catch good numbers recently. Most I've got on a trip is 8 the past few months. I'll get some shad in the morning and have a couple of punch baits but want to see if anyone else is having success??

I have a buddy coming in that I don't get to fish with but once a year and want to catch some numbers. (He don't fish much so won't care about size too much)

Any advice is welcome.

My brother has been killing them with chicken livers on Wright Patman but I've never had much luck on Hubbard with them
