 Granger - Friendship Park fishable?

Hey guys!
They are opening more boat ramps this weekend-- was wondering if at the currentl levels (509) , if friendship is able to be fished from the bank yet?
was pretty flooded before!

Yea, it's fishable. We launched over there Sat and a couple of guys had some nice cats they caught from the bank. Said it was kinda of slow. We were catching some cats in 12' of water. They were suspended at 6' to 8' in that area we were fishing. Bite was very light and the wind made it hard to tell if you had one. Had to be holding the rod to catch them.
