It will be that last lake on the area to go down. Still 11.96ft over and they only letting out a trickle of water. Maybe mid to late July before south side ramps with parking start opening.

From Genesis: "And God promised men that good and obedient wives would be found in all corners of the earth."

Then He made the earth round...and He laughed and laughed and laughed!

Muzzlebrake is correct there're shooting for end of July for more ramps opening. Lake at 540 the parking lots out of water then 2 weeks to dry out and any repairs to open. The Picnic areas are a different story may be next spring or never to get back to where they were before the flood.

Hopefully the fishing will be good when it all gets sorted out. It has had very little fishing pressure for the last 2 years.

Fishing is good right now. Most coming off the breaks and humps. Have caught box blues between 18 to 30 in. consistently but only a couple over 30in. The other day while fishing live bait started catching sandies, had a bite started to reel up and line stopped could not move it. Finally it started up at the surface it was a flattie that I would say was over 50lbs. Before we could get the net he opened up his mouth and out comes a 16in. sandbass. To say the least we were alittle surprised.
