I'm loading up the boat and headed North to T-wok.

What are the water/ramp conditions up there. Ya flooded out?

Not looking for anyone's honey hole just some basic depths and things.
Shad are ? Are the Shallow? In timber ? By the dam ?

I've been there 4-5 times so sort of know the lake.

Someone PM me. THANKS !

I do most all CPR. Not a fan of the "meat haul".
Well, wife likes a few med sized Blues for the pan sometimes.
We STILL have white bass from a trip with Tom at Lewisville LAST Summer.
I told him that we didn't need a limit of fish,
but the cooler filled and he cleaned them like a machine.

Can't go wrong fishing shallow wind blown points/banks. Shad are everywhere in that lake. You shouldn't have a problem catching them since there wasn't a shad die off last winter.

Good info, bank fished a windy point on Twok the other night hitting probably 10-15ft using perch and carp for bait.
Ended up with 12 fish , 3 of them in the twenties. Good steady bite until about 3:30am.

Didn't try there for bait but saw a lot of ghost minnows being netted but not much shad.

I did make it up there for the weekend.
Friday the wife had to go to a Bible Museum in Dallas and we met our son for dinner.
Saturday a front blew in and it was a mean wind from the North.
Meaner than I was willing to risk my wife in at most places, so we fished Wind Point Pk for a couple hours and I caught 1 Channel.
Then we went over to Duck Cove for a bit.
I had 1 bite, this fat Hybrid.
Only places I could get out wife my wife handicap.

Water was way up and dirty.
Lots of shad up Wind Pt area.

Tight lines,

FI
