How do yall think the east wind that is forecasted for Saturday will affect the cats? I'm hoping the forecast will change back to a south wind.

It's only forecast to be 8 mph, so I wonder if it will matter at all.

If the wind is blowing from the east fish the west bank, that is where the cats will be!

Just one more cast!

If it does anything it will stack the bait up on west facing points and the cats will follow.

When in doubt, set the hook.

The old saying about fish not biting with a east or north wind hasn't proved true for me bank fishing Granger. Not every time, but usually better than south or west.

I'll be hitting the banks of Benbrook tomorrow night hoping to find a couple fish. I will post updates if there is anything worth updating.

Thanks,
Olen
