Went to the far north end and fished the flooded grass with chicken liver in 3-5 fow. Fishing wasn't great, it was off and on most the day. Managed about 12-14 channels with most being small (under 15"), a few were nicer in the 2 lbs range.

I probably missed twice as many fish as I caught. There were numerous times that my bobber went under for .5 seconds and that was enough to de-bait my hook. The water is still a little stained from the rain.

All fish released to fatten up for next time.

I manged a few channels yesterday evening along the rail bridge rip rap. A couple were females full of eggs. Was pretty slow for me.

i fished at 12a saturday til 5a and had my way with the blues looking for some flats but really needed some numbers for a fry next week. forgot my throw net so all i had for bait was live and cut perch and i caught blues from 5# to 22#. and 2 small flat heads. great bite the whole time.

Nice, were you at Ray Hubbard? If so, what general area of the lake? I need to get out for another night trip.
