My kitchen aide ice maker will not drope the ice from the wire cutter grid. I ordered new one installed it , but not seem to get warm enough t ocut the ice so it will drop. Is there a way to test to see if it getting ample amount of electric. Thank You

Check the ohms coming out of the panamectric fan, should be between 64 and 1089. If those are in line check the canuter valve on the dispensery unit for proper voltage, should be between 47 and 92v.
