The Ray Hubbard Bass Club will be holding our fourth meeting of 2016 on Thursday April 7th. The meeting will be held at Bass Pro Garland downstairs in the restaurant on the patio. The meeting as usual will start at 7:00PM.

We will be taking memberships for 2016! Membership costs $30.00 per year and that includes your entire immediate family. Secretary Russell Olds will be taking your information down and Treasurer David Simmons will be taking your money. If you are new to the Club, we will get you to them. They will be working on memberships throughout the meeting and we will get to everyone. You will fill out an information sheet so we know how to get in touch with you. If you are a returning member, please fill out the member sheets again and update your contact info for us if needed. We will also have a Sign in Sheet there. Make sure everyone signs in. You get 10 AOY points for every meeting you attend.

We will be recapping our second tournament of the year on Cypress Springs. If you finished in the top 5 at Cypress, come prepared to talk about how you did it. Inquiring minds want to know! Also, we will talk about the results of our Open Tournament that took place on March 26th. Same there, spill the beans if you caught em, as bites were harder to come by on our home lake. We will talk about our April tournament coming up on the 9th at Lake Tawakoni. Tournament hours are 6:30-3:30. We are launching out of Sky Point Park just on the East side of the 2 mile bridge on 276 Park. Launch fee of $7.00 applies. All tournament information will be posted here in the Bass Clubs section. We will also be doing partner finder. If you do not have someone to fish with, do not fish solo. Let's make sure no one is left out.

We will vote on tournament hours and ramp for our May tournament on Lake Bonham. We skipped Bonham last year but we voted to go back. Should be late spawn or post spawn conditions. We have our new scales! We will hopefully be raffling off a couple rods to offset the money the Club threw in to get us over the top. We will go over the qualifications for being Angler of the Year, and fishing in the Club Championship tournament, which this year will be on Cedar Creek in November. We will talk about this years Top Six tournament now that the lake has been announced.

Lots to go over so come early and stay late. We hope to have the PA so everyone can hear what is going on. Bring your appetite as wait staff will be there for your food and drink orders. Beer and other libations are available from your bartenders inside. Hope to see you there!
