What knot are you guys using with twist lock hooks? I normally always tie a palomer knot but with these hooks after a couple fish the spring ends up on the backside of my knot, not allowing my bait to sit right on the hook.

I might suggest a uni knot. You can tie it with, say, 10 wraps, pull it down tight and perhaps having a slightly larger knot than a Palomar will keep it in place better.

Another? A San Diego Jam is a great knot, also with multiple wraps. It is a great knot to tie when the plastic is already attached to the hook, that, or something with treble hooks hanging off of it that make other knots . . . painful to tie.
