I am wanting some good quality blanks that run true. Where is everyone buying their blanks from?

I'm not sure any come fully tuned to run true. Once you add paint, finish, and hooks it can change it all. It can be agervating but if it runs to the right just barely tweak the line tie to the left until it runs true. Tackleunderground has a buying blank section with many good companies and others to stay away from. I will order several different blanks from companies to check quality then order a bulk order. So I'm sure this post didn't help with your initial question but I hope it helps.

I have read some reviews that weren't as positive as my experiences, but I have ordered 3 times now & it was quick & accurate with one exception. A one item omission was was mailed same day as I notified them.

You might check with Kevin Smith of Shamrock Rod and Reel Services. He has been ordering the MHX rod blanks and custom building all of my rods and I feel like they are as good as it gets. You can check them out at MudHole.com

I would also check with the lady that owns Bass Strike tackle in Zavalla. Long story but her husband that started that business was a rod builder. I think I heard that he just passed away, I know they were trying to see that store, but I follower her into the store room one day looking for something and they literally have hundreds of blanks back there. I bet there is a great deal to be had on those.
