 Clearing up yellowing bills on old cranks

I was cleaning up some old cranks that I found in he garage and a few of them have bills that are starting to yellow - is there a way to restore the bills to clear again.

Clean with soft bristle tooth brush and hydrogen peroxide.
Cover with cling wrap/saran wrap
Leave in sunlight to dry (if no sun today, simulate sunlight with a lamp)
