I've been looking into getting some casting material and giving it a shot. Has anyone else here tried it out?

It's possible to make duplicates of factory lures, plastic, wood or metal. Involves making a latex mold of a lure and using a two part plastic solution for the actual lure. There are lots of You Tube videos on the process. I considered trying it but never got around to it. Seems that making wooden lures might be a better option if you want to create your own lures and not clone something thats already been done. Lots of You Tube videos on making wooden lures, too. Just recently bought a few wooden lure making tools...looks like a good challenge for anyone who wants to make their own lures...can't wait to get started.
