Here's a paint schedule that was posted a few years ago named Black and Blue Nightmare. Pretty simple to paint and easy to tweak.

Black/Blue Nightmare
Color: Createx Opaque Black - Cover the entire bait. - 30psi
Color: Auto Air Sparklescent Nightmare Blue/Createx Pearl Blue - Turn the air pressure way down and load your airbrush needle with paint by pulling the trigger back several times without applying any air. Hold the tip of the airbrush back from the lure blank and quickly press and release the trigger to create a splattered pattern. Alternately, pour a little paint on a flat surface. Take a toothbrush and dip the bristles into the paint. Take your thumb and "flick" the bristles to sling the paint on to the bait, creating a splatter effect. Do this heavily and to the entire bait.
The color will look incredible once clear coated and out in the sun.
