Great colors... definitely keep the stripe. Is the back Grey or Black? Either way....very nice. Borrowing a line from CWorthy....."feeling the love for this one".

Bois its a dark grey, my original idea was a light grey and when I painting it there wasn't enough contrast imo, so I shot it again in a darker grey.
I'm starting to think like bcd anything I spay with the bone looks like it should catch fish. Might try just a solid bone with a shad dot and stripe on a 2.5 to see what happens.

Tried something a little different today, bought some purple glitter and green glitter paint to try out and added purple eyes. The glitter is hard to see in the pic but it's there should look real nice on sunny days if we could get some of them.

I love them Brad. You are getting better and faster at this. Those dark eyes are great.

Thanks Donald, I was having some issues with the paint drying in the tip this morning, not sure if it was the humidity or what the issue was. Just kept spitting and added some flaws to this bait. I don't think the fish will mind though, the eyes are a size to big for the 1.5 blank and I knew that before I put them on there. I ordered them for some 2.5's I'm painting in lavender bone next week.

It must be aweful when your screw-ups still look good. I think those oversize eyes give the bait that scared look. Dun good Brad.
